Terms and Conditions
1 INTRODUCTION
Easydivers values customer relationships and satisfaction above all else, which is why we've outlined here all the terms and conditions you should take into consideration before booking your activity with us.
2. CHECK-IN FOR ACTIVITIES
Customers must arrive at Easydivers' premises at the time set for check-in.
A tolerance of 10 minutes will be observed from the time of check-in. After this period, the customer will not be guaranteed the activity, and there will be no refund of the amount paid, except upon presentation of documentary and legal evidence.
For diving activities, Scuba Review and specialities, you must present your international diving certificate at check-in.
3. RESTRICTIONS ON ACTIVITIES OR BOARDING
People with serious mental or heart problems or a medical history that compromises diving or snorkelling will not be accepted on activities. If in doubt, contact Easydivers or obtain a medical certificate before booking the activity.
Pregnant women are not allowed on the company's boats or activities.
Knowing how to swim is an essential requirement for taking part in the activities.
Easydivers reserves the right to refuse access to the activities to anyone who does not fulfil the safety requirements and parameters and/or does not demonstrate the responsibility of a conscientious diver.
People under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who jeopardise the safety and well-being of people and property will not be admitted to the activities, and in such cases there will be no refund of the amount paid.
At check-in, certified divers must present proof of diving certification (required by international law), otherwise the activity will not take place and there will be no refund of the amount paid. If you haven't dived for more than 1.5 years, you will have to complete a Scuba Review before taking part in a dive. Contact us for more information.
